     Beats me. Why don't you ask him?
     Repentance is third force in Work that can only be done by one who has actualized the earlier Work of self-knowing, faith and grace in the Christian technical language (although self-knowing and self- remembering are given another technical word in the parables or outer symbols). Actualization from Work with these forces makes higher love (agape in the Greek Christian technical language) a realizable potential; and acquaintance with Spirit a reality at the next level where repentance becomes a force that one can Work with. These are no longer simply ideas at this level.
     Self-observation is well known around here; how well practiced is not as certain. self-knowing and Self-remembering seem less well understood from this one's observations. I described faith technically a month or so ago. To some degree, one can work with grace by realizing that there are certain things that one simply cannot do: one must rely on another factor for their actualization as well as one's own efforts: perhaps even primarily on that other factor. Eventually that factor is seen and understood as the undeserved gifts of Spirit. That which is accomplished by Work may be considered deserved. Grace is a gift that one can do nothing to earn nor is something being withheld a punishment for anything one has done or not done.
     Thus, this next level of Work is known as Spiritual Work because it is only possible for one who is in a pretty continual state of Self-remembering and who can be constantly aware of and relating with Spirit. The third force in that particular level of work is truly the Holy Spirit in very pure form.
     It has nothing whatsoever to do with the emotion called guilt. I'm not sure it can even be understood much less done by one who still succumbs to the temptation to wallow in the destructive force of guilt -- whether they call it remorse or nostalgia or regret or any other word for guilt.
     These forces are named in Christian technical language: confession, surrender and repentance which leads to baptism on the next octave. It is intended to cleanse the young soul that has been conceived during the labors of the previous Work of the influence of its mother the false self (or Eve); so that the young One can see what purpose they wish to make for their life when they grow up and begin to act as a young adult in the Real World now that they have a body that can live in that World.
     Eventually bringing that One from Spiritual Work to the level that the Christ referred to as Perfected or Completed Man (the word perfect has been corrupted from its original meaning of complete -- what is completed or finished very few know). That One would then be able to do the Work of the Perfected Man and realize another level to live on that the Christ called the Kingdom of Heaven.
     Which, of course, has its own forces. Beyond that he didn't describe, and I haven't asked him ;)
     To give more than the map, it would be best if one were to demonstrate some stability on the level of self-knowing/Self-remembering, where we all must start. Having some acquaintance with these ideas, and having seen what folks have done with them by attempting to use them without living on the level where they are real, it seems pointless to discuss them intellectually beyond this simple map -- which the Christ called The Way.
